Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Overview

  • Tickets for Electric Ibiza events are sold primarily through CM.com, although other official ticketing partners may also be used; these partners are responsible for processing refunds, while Electric Ibiza remains responsible for all official communication with customers and for submitting refund requests to the ticketing partners.
  • While CM.com provides ticketing services, Electric Ibiza is solely responsible for all official customer communication regarding cancellations, refunds, and event updates.
  • This Refund Policy complies with applicable Spanish, EU, and UK consumer law.

2.Refunds & Cancellations

a. Event Cancellation

  • If an event is canceled in full (not rescheduled), customers will automatically receive a refund of the ticket face value via the original payment method.
  • Booking fees, transaction charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

b. Event Rescheduling

  • If an event is rescheduled, all tickets remain valid for the new date.
  • Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund of the ticket face value.
  • Requests must be made within the timeframe specified in Electric Ibiza’s official communication (normally 7 days from notice)

c. Non-Attendance

  • Refunds are not available if a customer cannot attend for personal reasons (e.g., illness, travel problems, or change of mind).
  • Tickets are valid only for the event and date shown and cannot be exchanged.

d. Force Majeure

  • If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond Electric Ibiza’s control (such as severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events), refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at the discretion of Electric Ibiza and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3.Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via Electric Ibiza’s official communication channels (email, contact form, or portal link).
  • Requests must include the order number, ticket details, and proof of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4.Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Refusal of entry due to venue policy (e.g., intoxication, age restrictions, dress code).
  • Partial attendance or late arrival.
  • Booking and transaction fees, unless required by UK/EU consumer law.

5.Applicable Law

  • This Refund Policy operates under and complies with:
  • Spanish consumer protection law (for events in Spain)
  • EU consumer protection legislation (for EU residents)
  • UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations, for UK customers)
  • Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK, Spanish, or EU law.

6.Communication

  • All official updates (cancellations, rescheduling, refund instructions) will be communicated by Electric Ibiza via email, SMS, or the official website.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
